A. Returns Policy
Return will only be accepted if:
- The merchandise is different from what the customer ordered (wrong shipment).
- The merchandise is defective.
The following reasons are NOT considered as defects :
- Change of mind after purchase;
- Slight colour differences but still in the same colour range or any other minor physical differences, thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight misalignment of seams, minor tears on seams which can be hand stitched;
- Washable minor stains and smudges (especially on light colour clothes);
- Sizing issues – please note that different batches of clothes may have different sizing. Hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase;
- Claims that the cutting of clothes is not good;
- Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM DO NOT accept returns in the following cases:
- Customer has not informed BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM about returns/exchanges within 3 days after the receipt of the merchandise by email
- Items that have been used or worn once
- Merchandise without the original case or package
- Merchandise that has been adjusted or cleaned by the Customer.
- Merchandise that has been soiled or damaged by the Customer (cosmetics, fragrance, smells included)
- Merchandise where the tags have been removed by the Customer
- Merchandise where the shape has been changed by the trial fitting (ex. a stretched neck line or cuffs)
- Discounted items

B. Exchange Policy
Exchange will only be accepted if:
- The colour of the merchandise BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM delivered is not the colour you have ordered.
- The size of the merchandise BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM delivered is not the size you have ordered.
BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM will check and examine the merchandise that wish to exchange. If the circumstances arising with BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM, BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM will bear the shipping cost incurred when the correct merchandise ship back to you. If BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM discovers nothing goes wrong with the merchandise returned , customers will have to bear all the shipping costs incurred.
Procedure to Return/Exchange
- Customers must contact BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM with information regarding the items wished to be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment, by email.
- BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM will send you a Return and Exchange Form for your request.
- Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. Fill up the Return and Exchange Form and include the form together with the merchandise you are returning to BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM within 3 days upon receiving of the form. For overseas customers, please return within 7 days. The merchandise should be sent with packaging that ensure they are protected in transit and sent via a traceable carrier. BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM is not responsible for lost packages if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
- If the merchandise satisfied the Return Policy above and successfully made the return, points earned will be deducted from the customers' reward point balance.
C. Refund Policy
All goods sold are not refundable. A full refund will be made if:
- the merchandise is no longer in stock after payment has been made;
- the merchandise satisfied the Return Policy mentioned above.
Refund of the merchandise will be made by:
- Refund through bank transfer to your bank account. (Only applicable to Local buyers), or
- Refund to PayPal that was used to purchase the merchandise.
Please not that refund through PayPal, the exchange rate applied to the amount billed for the merchandise may differ from the exchange rate at the time of refund. Thus, there may be differences in the total amount refunded due to exchange rate differences. Even if you experience a loss as a result of a different exchange rate at the time of refund, BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM will not be responsible for this loss. For PayPal, it may take from a few days, to the maximum of 10 days for the refund to be processed. |
