Shipping Info
- Q1. How do you ship orders?
All shipment will be handled by SingPost via registered mail.
For international orders, we will ship via EMS only if single order of 3 items or more.
- Q2. What are Shipping Charges?
To avoid losing the items ship via normal mail. We only send our merchandise to customers by registered mail as Singapore Post assumes liability. For both local and international orders, BeautiesCloset.com will not be responsible for deliveries lost in transition. For more details, please refer to Shipping Policy.
- Q3. How long will my delivery take?
Since most merchandises are on pre-order and 100% deliver from Korea, so shipment will approximately take around 2 weeks to Singapore from the day when payment was made(excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and days in which we are closed for business). Once your order has been mailed out, it will take 1-3 business days to reach you (within Singapore or Malaysia) or 4-6 business days for international orders; actual delivery time may differ depending on the stock availability and location.
- Q4. Will I have an order tracking number for my shipment?
All shipment will be handled by SingPost. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment in an e-mail from us. Please use the information we provide you in the e-mail to track the status of your shipment. For more details, please refer to Shipping Policy.
- Q5. Can I have a refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?
If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to customers. Customers have to bear additional shipping cost to get the merchandise back.
- Q6. Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
We regret that you cannot change the shipping address after placing your order.
- Q7. Can I ship my order to an address other than my registered address?
We can ship merchandises to an address other than registered address of customers. You may need to change the shipping address during placing an order. Please note that the shipping fees will be incurred according to the zones of your delivery, please refer to Shipping Policy.
- Q8. How should I ship my return or exchange?
BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM items have been carefully selected to meet your satisfaction. Please refer to Returns Policy for more details on the procedures.
- Q9. Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
Customs taxes may or may not apply to you. BeautiesCloset.com cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy. However, all customs procedures will be taken care of upon leaving the country of origin to ensure timely delivery of your order. Historical data shows that the majority of our customers do not need to pay customs taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
- Q10. What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, BeautiesCloset.com is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s). |
