Parties interested in purchasing merchandise from FashionHolic (hereinafter "Members” or “Customers”) should understand and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing an order. By using, visiting or shopping at the BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as the other policies posted on the BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM website.

Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. PAYMENT FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED
Payment Methods
BEAUTIESCLOSET plans to offer a variety of payment methods on the Website for the convenience of customers. Please note that each of the payment methods discussed below may not be available at all times. You agree to pay all fees incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
If you pay by PayPal® on the Website, the User Agreement for PayPal Service will govern your use of that service, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a PayPal member. YOU, AND NOT BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify BEAUTIESCLOSET of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after you first receive notice thereof, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you in all respects and for all purposes.
For customers in Singapore, BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM may offer the option to pay by bank transfer. Unless expressly set forth on the Website, we do not accept any other payment form. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment.

Taxes
You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes. BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM will automatically charge and withhold any applicable tax for orders to be delivered to any jurisdictions that it deems is required.
Currencies
Payment made by PayPal® in a currency other than Singapore Dollars will be converted to Singapore Dollars at the exchange rate determined by PayPal. Please consult the User Agreement for PayPal Service for information regarding the determination of exchange rates by them. These exchange rates may include a “spread,” or amount payable to PayPal, which will result in the actual price paid being higher than the posted Singapore Dollar price.
The Website allows users the opportunity to choose a “Reference Currency.” The Reference Currency function converts the Singapore Dollar prices shown on the Website to a currency selected by the user from those available on the Website. REFERENCE CURRENCY PRICES ARE COMPUTED AT THE APPROXIMATE EXCHANGE RATES AVAILABLE FROM TIME TO TIME FOR RETAIL TRANSACTIONS PURSUANT TO INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO BEAUTIESCLOSET; HOWEVER, BEAUTIESCLOSET IS NOT A BANK OR A CURRENCY DEALER, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT PRICES SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE IN A REFERENCE CURRENCY REPRESENT ACTUAL PRICES PAYABLE BY CUSTOMERS IN SUCH REFERENCE CURRENCY. REFERENCE CURRENCY PRICES ARE FOR CONVENIENCE OF REFERENCE ONLY, AND REFERENCE CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES MAY BE UPDATED BY BEAUTIESCLOSET ONLY PERIODICALLY. ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE IN SINGAPORE CURRENCY.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO CUSTOMERS RESULTING FROM CHANGES IN CURRENCY RATES.
MERCHANDISES AND INACCURACY DISCLAIMER

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our merchandises that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
While BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM strives to provide accurate merchandise and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or merchandise information, BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse/update client to top up the difference or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
SHIPMENT AND RETURNS
Shipment
Title to merchandises, and risk of loss of such merchandises, passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier selected by us to deliver your order.
You are obligated to take delivery of any merchandises you ordered notwithstanding that the quantity delivered may be less than the quantity ordered, provided that any amount charged to you shall be adjusted to reflect such lower quantity. Any such discrepancy in quantity shall not be deemed a material change of the terms of sale nor a breach or repudiation of our agreement to sell merchandises to you.
Returns
BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM accepts returns of most defective merchandises, and merchandises of incorrect colour, in accordance with the terms and conditions posted from time to time at “Shipping and Returns.”

BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the merchandises, even if BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
OTHER ISSUES
Members should immediately log into www.BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM and amend your personal details if any changes in your registered information with us, such as name and address details, have incurred.
We have the right to cancel the registration of a Customer at any time if:
(1)The customer does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
(2)The customer has been a nuisance of caused interference or damage to other customers or BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM, or committed any acts of fraudulence.
(3)The customer has not placed an order with us for over one year.
(4)Any other circumstances in which BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM determines that the customer should be disqualified.
Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.
BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM will not be responsible for any damages incurred except for those resulting from the purchase contract between the Customer and BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM.
BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM may suspend this mail-order service in an unavoidable situation arises. In this case, the purchase contract already in effect will continue to apply under these terms and conditions.
Any problems that may arise between BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM and a Customer in connection with the sale of merchandise should be subject to the jurisdiction in Singapore under relevant Singapore law.
This Term and Conditions and Privacy Policy is governed by Singapore law. If a dispute arises under this Policy, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at Singapore, under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
We will not use customer information registered pursuant to these terms and conditions for any purposes other than the sale of our merchandise and provision of merchandise information via website and international mail. If a customer requests deletion or change of any part of such information, we will immediately comply with the request.
BEAUTIESCLOSET.COM reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as necessary.
